What this site is
This website describes FarmX, a smart home growing system that is still in development. It is for general information. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell you a product.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist lets us contact you about FarmX. It doesn't oblige you to buy anything, and it doesn't guarantee that you'll get a product, a place in early access, or any particular price or delivery date. We don't take payment through this site. Early-access units are limited, and we may change or end the waitlist at any time.
Product information
Features, specifications, and designs may change before launch. Figures such as water savings, harvest amounts, and CO2 avoided are estimates based on typical use, not guarantees or measured results. Your own results will vary. Images and illustrations on the site are for illustration and may not show the final product.
Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully and don't try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or submit false or someone else's information through the waitlist form.
Our content
The FarmX name, logo, text, images, and design of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view the site and share its pages, but please don't copy or reuse our content or branding without our written permission.
Third-party services and links
The site relies on third-party services (for example, to process the waitlist form), and may link to other websites. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
We provide the site "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep the information accurate, but we don't promise that it is complete, current, or error-free, or that the site will always be available.
